Shipping + Returns
What are my shipping options?
We ship all packages through USPS with tracking numbers. Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation - as soon as your items ship, you will get another email letting you know your book or merchandise has shipped and there will be a tracking number in that email! Of course please feel free to contact us with any questions, concerns, for more bee facts, etc.
What about returns?
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us right away and we will fix the situation! Above all we want to make sure that you love your book, or any product you buy from us! So let us know what's going on and we'll make it better!
